We take the protection of your personal data seriously. This website provides information about the services of WE SUCCESS Consulting GmbH. We do not actively collect any personal data; in particular, there is:

This website contains links to external services (e.g. LinkedIn, appointment booking via the WE SUCCESS Nextcloud). When you click on such a link, you leave this website, and the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

7. Appointment booking and email contact

If you book an initial consultation via the linked booking page or contact us by email, the data you provide (name, email address and, where applicable, telephone number and the subject of your enquiry) will be processed solely to handle your enquiry and arrange the appointment. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Appointment booking runs on a Nextcloud instance operated by WE SUCCESS Consulting GmbH itself on servers in Germany.

You have the right at any time to obtain access to the personal data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to have inaccurate data rectified (Art. 16 GDPR), to have your data erased (Art. 17 GDPR), to restrict processing (Art. 18 GDPR), to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg (LfDI).
